1MomentoStudio (“we”, “us”) runs advertising, follow-up and appointment setting for home-service contractors. This policy explains what we collect through 1momentostudio.com, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@1momentostudio.com.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, business name, mobile number, email, trade (if you pick one), the time you chose, your time zone, and whether you ticked the text-message box.
• Automatically: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser type and request times. We use it for security and to stop abuse (for example, rate limiting).
• We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To schedule and hold your call, and send the confirmation and call link.
• To contact you about the call you booked and the services you asked about.
• To keep a record of your consent choices.

Text messages

If you tick the box when booking, we’ll text you appointment confirmations and reminders. The box reads: “Text me appointment confirmations and reminders from 1MomentoStudio. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” Ticking it is optional and isn’t a condition of booking. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not share, sell or rent your mobile number or text-message opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The providers that deliver our messages (below) process it only to send messages on our behalf.

Who processes it for us

Our CRM and scheduling platform (GoHighLevel), our text-message delivery provider, our website host (Netlify) and our email provider (Google Workspace). They act on our instructions. We don’t sell personal information.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

• Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@1momentostudio.com.
• Stop texts by replying STOP. Stop emails with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, booking data goes straight to our CRM through a server we control, and access to it is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect what you share with us.

Children

This site is for business owners and isn’t directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
